                                     Lovebird


Lovebird is the common name of Agapornis  a small genu of parrot. Eight species are native to the African continent, with the grey-headed lovebird being native to Madagascar.

Social and affectionate, the name comes from the parrots' strong, monogamaus pair bonding and the long periods which paired birds spend sitting together. Lovebirds live in small flocks and eat fruit, vegetables, grasses, and seeds. lovebirds also eat insects and figs, and black-collared lovebirds have a special dietary requirement for native figs, making them problematic to keep in captivity.

Some species are kept as pets, and several coloured mutations have been selectively bred in aviculture. The average lifespan is 20 to 30 years.[1]

                                    Columbidae Columbidae  is a bird family consisting of  pigeons  and  doves . It is the only family in the order  Columbiformes . These are stout-bodied birds with short necks, and short slender bills that in some species feature fleshy ceres. They primarily feed on seeds, fruits, and plants. The family occurs worldwide, but the greatest variety is in the  Indomalayan and Australasian realms. The family contains 344 species divided into 49 genera. Thirteen of the species are extinct. In english, the smaller species tend to be called "doves" and the larger ones "pigeons".The distinction is not consistent, however, and does not exist in most other languages. Hyacinth macaw

                                                                                             Hyacinth macaw The  hyacinth macaw  ( Anodorhynchus hyacinthinus ), or  hyacinthine macaw , is a parrot  native to central and eastern south america . With a length (from the top of its head to the tip of its long pointed tail) of about one meter it is longer than any other species of parrot. It is the largest macaw  and the largest flying parrot species, though the flightless kakapo   of New Zealand can outweigh it at up to 3.5 kg. While generally easily recognized, it could be confused with the smaller lear's macaw .
